Terms & Conditions

• 50 Day lottery period starts from 1st April and ends 10pm Sunday 20th May.
• Lottery Draw will take place at 11am on Monday 21st May and the winner will be randomly selected from the list of all, new purchasing clients between the above dates.
• The decision and announcement of the winner will be verified by a company director and will be deemed as final.
• The winning client will receive the full value of their order as a refund, up to a maximum value of £15,000 Sterling. Should the winning client's order be in excess of £15,000 then the refund amount of £15,000 will be refunded and the client will still need to fund the difference from the refund amount, up to the value of their order (or, if paid in full, the balance will be retained by KutchenArte Ltd). For example: if the winning order is drawn at £18,000, then the client will receive £15,000 refund and only pay £3,000 for their kitchen.

• To qualify for entry into the "Kitchen Lottery" you need to confirm your agreement in writing and accept the headline terms of:
• Orders need to be placed, with payment, by 10pm Sunday 20th May.
• Order paperwork and contracts need to be signed or have written agreement (such as an email) citing specific references.
• All orders need to be fully paid, or a minimum deposit level of 25% must be paid. This is strictly non-refundable for entry into the lottery. For purchasers not wishing to enter the lottery, all normal terms and conditions, including cancellations still apply.
• Clients must agree to participate fully in our publicity & marketing activities.
