This week we’re looking at a client’s beautiful fitted kitchen.
Our client had recently moved into her home, when she came to our local kitchen showroom in Exeter.
When our designer visited their home, they were immediately struck by how the house is upside down, which allowed them to make the most of the stunning views.
Originally there was a wall between the kitchen and a small eating space which had a fantastic large window looking out on to the river, so we opened up the space between the two, allowing this beautiful vista to be enjoyed from the kitchen as well. The idea was to keep the space very light and neutral and add in colour with a glass splash back, and just let the view do all the work. Also originally there was another door in the room, we had this removed to give more unit and worktop space and make it more of a kitchen rather than a walk through.
We hope our client enjoys her new kitchen as much as we enjoyed creating it for her!
